Freshman Volleyball Head Coach
About The Position
Milan High School is seeking a Head Freshmen Volleyball Coach starting August 20, 2026. This role involves teaching fundamental volleyball skills, fostering sportsmanship and academic excellence, managing team eligibility and FinalForms communication, supervising practices and games, and assisting with off-season workouts under the guidance of school leadership and the varsity head coach. The job goal is to coach, monitor, communicate with, and develop young athletes in the Milan volleyball program, taking direction from the varsity coach to lead the Freshmen team in alignment with program goals.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the game of volleyball
- Playing experience at the college or high school varsity level
- Successful coaching experience
- CPR / AED Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
