About The Position

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll develop and inspire our team and provide amazing customer experiences and create a great place to work at our store Fresh Departments. You’ll also lead our team through effective coaching and support to ensure ongoing business development and growth.

• Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve sales growth, cost control and rostering requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of process and procedures
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
