About The Position

Fresh Food Managers lead staff and manage processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Love’s fresh kitchen, enhance sales, and support customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining food safety and kitchen standards, managing ordering and inventory, supporting food preparation, overseeing task completion and reporting, and working with leadership on talent acquisition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of food management experience.
At least 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements.
At least 1 year of experience supervising and training 5 or more employees.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check; additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.
Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and adherence to proper food safety procedures.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Work alongside team members to prepare and package products promptly and meet customer service expectations.
Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to make business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition efforts.
