About The Position

As a Fresh Cut Produce Clerk, you prepare fresh fruits and vegetables by slicing, dicing, and packaging produce. You check produce for freshness, maintain clean and organized preparation areas, and create attractive displays. You also assist with inventory management, restocking, and customer service. This is an active, fast-paced, team-oriented role for someone who enjoys working with food and takes pride in their work.

Requirements

• Prior experience in grocery, food service, or produce preparation is preferred.
• Comfort using knives and other preparation tools safely and precisely.
• Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety and handling guidelines.
• Friendly and helpful attitude, with clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to support fellow associates and work as part of a team.
