About The Position

The Easton Area School District is seeking a French Teacher for a Long Term Substitute position at Easton Area High School for the 2026-2027 School Year. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in the appropriate area. The selected candidate will demonstrate a strong academic record, excellent educational references, and related experience. They must also show knowledge of current educational research and successfully complete a series of interviews and meet all local requirements. A complete application packet for external applicants includes a PA Standard Teaching Application, Letter of Interest, Resume, Three current Letters of Recommendation (within one year), Copy of Teaching Certificate, and Copy of college/university transcripts. The successful candidate will be required to provide Act 34 PSP Criminal Record Check, Act 114 FBI Criminal History Check, Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance, and the Act 24/82 PDE 6004 form.
