About The Position

FreightTAS LLC is a recruiting firm specializing in logistics and freight forwarding. We are currently hiring for multiple clients (freight brokerages, trucking, 3PLs, and forwarders) seeking commission-based freight sales professionals. Each client offers the same compensation structure: high commissions (25% to 70% of gross profit) plus a weekly draw of $1,000 for the first 2-3 months as a safety net while you build your book of business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or B2B transportation sales experience.
  • Hunter mentality – self-starter comfortable with cold calling.
  • Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
  • Authorized to work in the US (1099 or W2 depending on client).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new B2B shippers for domestic freight (FTL, LTL, intermodal) and/or international freight (air, ocean, customs brokerage).
  • Build and manage a book of recurring freight business.
  • Negotiate rates with shippers and coordinate with client operations teams.
  • Meet weekly sales activity goals (calls, quotes, meetings).
