About The Position

Requirements

• Unrestricted weekday availability to accept short-notice shifts as needed.
• Physical capacity to repeatedly lift and maneuver bulk cargo weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Punctual attendance, a strong sense of urgency, and a collaborative mindset.
• Endurance to sustain high-output physical labor throughout a fast-paced shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or dock experience is beneficial, though we train dedicated newcomers.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Manually unburden and restock incoming transit containers utilizing basic material-handling tools.
• Categorize, palletize, and stage materials in designated warehouse zones.
• Maintain a pristine and organized dock floor to mitigate operational hazards.
• Strictly observe facility safety protocols and wear all necessary protective gear.
• Execute instructions from shift supervisors and collaborate with dock teammates.
