About The Position
This position is responsible for ensuring freight quality by inspecting for damage or misplacement and clearing conveyor jams. The role also involves fulfilling store orders by pulling merchandise using various systems (picktolight, puttolight, RF gun, voice pick), verifying quantities, placing labels, and organizing freight into designated containers. Communication with individuals and groups, both verbally and in writing, is also a key aspect of the role. The position emphasizes respect for individuals, teamwork, integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and adaptability to new technologies and skills.

Responsibilities
- Ensure freight quality through inspecting freight for damage or misplacement and clearing jams in the conveyor system.
- Fulfill store orders through pulling merchandise using picktolight, puttolight, RF gun, or voice pick systems.
- Verify display for pack and quantity.
- Place labels in appropriate area on freight.
- Place freight into designated containers.
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
