About The Position

Gordon Food Service is hiring a second-shift warehouse Freight Handler at its Kenosha distribution center. The role supports order processing and delivery by safely unloading pallets from trailers and breaking down products into the correct pallet configurations. Freight Handlers separate inbound products by item code onto good pallets, account for damaged products so they are not received into warehouse sale inventory, and check pallet structural integrity. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions, from -25°F to 100°F.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
