About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate position is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves operating a forklift, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring the accuracy of club pickup orders. Associates are expected to uphold company policies, promote a safe work environment, and contribute to a culture of integrity and teamwork.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Manages inventory flow and utilizes equipment appropriately.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled accurately and staged properly.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
Models and helps others with technology services.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
