About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking and organizing merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will operate a forklift, ensure the sales floor is well-maintained and presented according to company standards, and assist with fulfilling club pickup orders. Key aspects of the role include maintaining safety, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and concerns.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
