About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for managing inventory flow, stocking, and organizing merchandise and supplies. This role ensures the sales floor and merchandising presentation are maintained according to company policies, and that club pickup orders are filled accurately and efficiently. The associate will also provide excellent member service, maintain a safe facility, and utilize technology to improve operations and identify shrink opportunities. This position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers and members.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes contributions and accomplishments.
Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
