About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for managing inventory flow, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise and supplies. This role ensures the sales floor and merchandising presentation are maintained according to company policies, and that club pickup orders are accurately filled. The associate will also operate a forklift, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent customer service. This position is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and a positive shopping experience for members.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
