About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of freight within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will operate a forklift, manage inventory, stock merchandise, assist customers, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. They will also be involved in fulfilling online orders and ensuring product presentation meets company standards.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and coworkers.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix them.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
