About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and maintaining the sales floor and facility safety. This role involves operating a forklift, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The associate will also contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's values of integrity and excellence.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
