About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and maintaining the sales floor and facility safety. This role involves operating a forklift, stocking and organizing merchandise, assisting customers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The associate will contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's values of integrity and customer focus.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
  • Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
  • Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
