About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating a forklift, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, club pickup orders are accurately filled, and safety standards are upheld. The role also involves proactive customer engagement with technology services and identifying/resolving shrink opportunities. Teamwork, integrity, and a focus on continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers and coworkers.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies, managing inventory flow and utilizing equipment appropriately.
• Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and staged properly.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
