About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate position is responsible for managing inventory flow, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise and supplies. This role ensures the sales floor and merchandising presentation are maintained according to company policies, and that club pickup orders are accurately filled. The associate will also operate a forklift safely and efficiently, and provide excellent customer service by assisting members with their needs and promoting company products and services. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility, identifying and resolving shrink opportunities, and utilizing technology to assist customers and improve work processes. The position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers and members.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix the problem.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
• Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
