About The Position

This position is responsible for various tasks related to freight flow, including receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise, operating a forklift, and providing customer service. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and maintaining a positive work environment. Associates are expected to contribute to team success, act with integrity, and strive for excellence in their daily tasks.

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
• Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged correctly.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
• Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
• Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions.
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Delivers results while putting the customer first.
• Makes decisions based on reliable information and balances priorities.
