About The Position

This position is responsible for various tasks related to the movement and organization of merchandise within the facility. Key duties include operating a forklift, receiving and stocking goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring sales floor presentation, and providing excellent customer service. The role also emphasizes adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards, while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
  • Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
  • Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
