About The Position

The Freight Crew Stocker is responsible for maintaining a well-stocked store by filling shelves with the correct items in the correct place. This role also involves maintaining proper methods of product handling, case cutting, rotation, and display of merchandise, as well as meeting productivity standards. The position requires creating an exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding service and adhering to all company policies, programs, and procedures. Requirements

Minimum age: 18 Years
Weekend shifts are required (Sundays as applicable)
Regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach
Perform tasks requiring repetitive motion, eye, hand and foot coordination
Hear and respond to customer inquiries
Standing, walking and bending frequently
Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location

Responsibilities

Maintain proper methods of product handling, case cutting, rotation and display of merchandise
Meet productivity standards by achieving cases per man-hour
Maintain a well-stocked store by filling shelves with the correct items in the correct place
Help to maintain an organized backroom and effective inventory for business needs
Create exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding service
Follow all company policies, programs and procedures
