Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management, forklift/power equipment operation, and shipping/receiving duties.
- Experienced with standard functions within MS Office applications such as: MS Outlook, Excel, Access, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and remain highly organized and detail oriented
- Possess strong work ethic.
- Available to work overtime hours when needed.
- Must be proficient in customer service and possess the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and transportation needs.
- Track and monitor shipments, resolving delays or service issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate shipping records, documentation, and transportation reports.
- Verify freight charges, rates, and delivery information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Assist in optimizing transportation routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts as necessary.
