Requirements
- Employees are trained on food safety and quality and are encouraged to speak up when issues arise and how to produce safe food.
- Lifting up to and including twenty-five pounds (25 lbs) throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Organizing WIP in the freezers to allow for it to be packaged on a first in, first out basis.
- Pulling stacks as needed to supply the packaging workers to fulfill the days orders.
- Monitoring the metal detector and alerting senior management if there are any issues with the CCP.
- Adherence to Housekeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety and all other Company Rules and Policies.
