About The Position

This job is ideal for someone who likes fast-paced work, steady hours, and doesn’t mind colder temperatures. You will receive full freezer PPE (suit, gloves, hood/face gear). Freezer Selectors operate powered equipment (cherrypicker) to pull customer orders in the freezer section of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work in a freezer environment with proper PPE
• Operate powered equipment safely and consistently

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherrypicker to pull product
• Read pick slips and match product descriptions and units of measure
• Pack and stack boxes properly to prevent damage
• Place boxes on pallets in correct stop sequence
• Label boxes with customer information and load numbers
• Pull bulk product and move it to the merge location
• Maintain accuracy and speed while working in freezer temperatures
• Keep work area clean at the end of the shift
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Arrive on time and complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Cross-train in other warehouse roles as needed
