About The Position

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Freezer Hand/ Forklift Operator is responsible for stacking, storing, and retrieving pallets of product from the freezer racks, and for removing pallets from the blast freezer for restacking and stocking purposes. Accountable to accurately and efficiently perform duties to warehouse quality poultry products in preparation for delivery to our customers. Accountable to ensure a safe working environment for co-workers, customers, and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year shipping/receiving experience.
• Must possess a forklift/power jack license and have 1 year of operating experience.
• Computer knowledge and experience.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Organization, communication, time management, teamwork, accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Stacking, storing, and retrieving pallets of product from the freezer racks.
• Removing pallets from the blast freezer for restacking and stocking purposes.
• Accurately and efficiently perform duties to warehouse quality poultry products in preparation for delivery to our customers.
• Ensure a safe working environment for co-workers, customers, and visitors.
• Other duties as required.
• Assist Packaging when needed.
