About The Position

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Freezer Hand/ Forklift Operator is responsible for stacking, storing, and retrieving pallets of product from the freezer racks, and for removing pallets from the blast freezer for restacking and stocking purposes. The role is accountable for accurately and efficiently performing duties to warehouse quality poultry products in preparation for delivery to our customers, and for ensuring a safe working environment for co-workers, customers, and visitors. Other duties as required include assisting Packaging when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) year shipping/receiving experience.
• Must possess a forklift/power jack license and have 1 year of operating experience.
• Computer knowledge and experience.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Organization, communication, time management, teamwork, accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Stacking, storing, and retrieving pallets of product from the freezer racks.
• Removing pallets from the blast freezer for restacking and stocking purposes.
