About The Position

ConAgra Brands in Marshall Missouri, a local supplier of Banquet products, is looking for qualified individuals to fill onsite freezer forklift operator positions. This role involves driving a forklift for loading, unloading, and warehousing of products, checking counts of incoming/outgoing products, and working in a cold environment to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met for an organized production process flow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or at least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
• Operate hand jack and forklift.
• Work up to 7.5 hours/shifts.
• Push/pull fork controls 7.5 hours/shifts.
• Post offer background screen and drug screen required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Complete job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met to maintain an organized flow of the production process.
• Drive a forklift for loading, unloading and warehousing of products.
• Check for proper count of incoming/outgoing products, and miscellaneous items to assure proper count.
• Work in a cold environment.
