About The Position

10x.team connects companies with Europe’s largest community of experienced medior and senior professionals, including finance experts, software engineers, lawyers, doctors, marketers, sales leaders, operators, consultants, CISOs, and project managers. Our experts are AI-savvy, AI-fluent, and ready to help companies scale, transform, and shape the future of work. We are seeking a Freelance Sales Partner to identify and introduce companies that require flexible senior talent. This is a commission-based role where you work independently on a 'no cure, no pay' basis, earning 50% of the margin for each successful placement you facilitate. You will help companies solve urgent capacity and expertise challenges by connecting them with relevant freelance professionals from the 10x network, focusing on winning new clients seeking freelancers, contractors, interim professionals, or fractional experts. Once an opportunity is secured, we collaborate to identify and deliver the right talent.

Requirements

• Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance/interim solutions.
• A network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors, or fractional professionals.
• The ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into opportunities.
• A commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership.
• Must be based in Europe or in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies with a need for freelance, fractional, or project-based professionals.
• Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team proposition.
• Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project needs.
• Spot opportunities in areas such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare, and technology.
• Convert opportunities into concrete freelance assignments.
• Work with the 10x.team network to make successful client–freelancer matches.
• Help grow our client base across Europe.
