About The Position

The role involves sourcing, screening, and identifying quality candidates across various industries and positions. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity, not a salaried permanent position, ideal for recruiters with strong candidate networks or experience sourcing specialized candidates.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment, talent sourcing or HR recruitment experience
• Understand how to screen a CV properly against a job specification
• Comfortable recruiting for specialised and hard-to-fill positions
• Strong candidate sourcing skills
• Professional and reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can work independently and manage their own time
• Access to a computer/laptop, reliable internet and telephone
• Target-driven and motivated by successful placements

Nice To Haves

• Strong candidate networks
• Experience sourcing specialised candidates

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for vacancies allocated to you
• Advertise vacancies through your own networks and sourcing platforms
• Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other sourcing methods
• Screen CVs against detailed job specifications
• Conduct initial candidate screening
• Verify candidate availability, salary expectations, notice periods and location
• Submit suitable, fully screened candidates to Jobs4All
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
