About The Position
TransPerfect Gaming is seeking freelance Korean to Thai gaming translators and proofreaders for localization projects. This role involves working on a variety of games, from indie titles to AAA releases, to ensure an optimal gaming experience for Thai players. The position requires a deep passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming terminology, with the ability to handle tags and character limits, and proficiency in CAT tools.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Thai.
- Strong command of Korean and English.
- Deep passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming terminology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming localization and expertise in proofreading (KOREAN > THAI).
- Expertise in Adventure, Strategy, and Fantasy games.
- Skilled in CAT tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, spelling, and terminology skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a translation test.
