About The Position

PRIORITY Quality Consultants is expanding its network of Senior Freelance Evaluation Experts to support proposals and implementation of projects for the European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations and Public Authorities. We are looking for professionals with 8+ years of relevant experience in evaluation, policy analysis, impact assessment, monitoring or applied research.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• University degree (Master's or PhD is considered an asset)
• Proven experience in evaluation, monitoring, policy analysis, impact assessment or applied research
• Previous participation in projects funded by the European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations or Public Authorities
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience conducting interviews, surveys, stakeholder consultations and data analysis
• Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English
