About The Position

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a Freelance Designer to support the Design team by designing, adapting, and producing high-quality visual content for digital and print media. This role ensures all designs align with brand guidelines and involves working on a variety of projects including email marketing materials and event signage. The position is for a limited duration, from September 1, 2026, to October 25, 2026.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and design skills.
• Excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and able to maintain brand consistency across all produced materials.
• Strong experience preparing and adapting artwork for various print and digital applications.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Ability to take direction and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Marketing team by preparing, executing, and finalizing high quality files that are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready.
• Design, adapt, and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Work on a variety of projects including email marketing materials and event signage and wayfinding.
