About The Position

Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a Freelance Brow Expert (Flexpert) to work at their Southgate BrowBar, located exclusively at Sephora. The role involves demonstrating and selling products, and performing short salon services such as brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations. The primary focus is on creating an unforgettable client experience and having fun.

Requirements

• Hair removal, waxing or esthetics certification and/or training (considered a strong asset)
• Proven strong retail sales ability
• Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• The job will require standing for a number of hours
• Comfortable and competent performing wax services and makeup application
• Must be courteous, responsible, and a team player
• Likes to LAUGH, have FUN and enjoy a good cupcake.

Responsibilities
