About The Position

Prestige beauty events are coming to Elizabeth, and we are seeking freelance Brand Advisors to make them unforgettable. This is a short, high-impact event project with set dates: September 19th, September 24th, and September 27th. The role involves driving sales, executing the event playbook, creating a positive client experience, and motivating store teams. This is ideal for established beauty professionals who thrive in a live event setting.

Requirements

• Knowledge of prestige beauty.
• Proven sales numbers.
• Experience and ability to create a memorable experience on the sales floor.
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
• Availability for the full set of event dates: September 19th, September 24th, and September 27th.
• Reliable transportation to retailer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales towards big event goals.
• Execute the event playbook, including GWPs (Gift With Purchase), TOAs (Take One/Add-On), and brand focus.
• Ensure every client feels valued and that the event is tailored to them.
• Motivate and collaborate with the store team to drive sales.
• Represent top national beauty brands and ensure their success.

Benefits
