About The Position
Prestige beauty brands are launching events in Philadelphia, and we are seeking freelance Brand Advisors to make these events successful. This is a short-term, high-impact project on September 26th, ideal for experienced beauty professionals who thrive in live event settings. The event will take place at Sephora Chestnut Street.
Requirements
- Proven experience and sales success in prestige beauty.
- Experience and passion for beauty events and creating impactful in-store moments.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
- Availability for the full set of event dates (September 26th).
- Reliable transportation to retailer locations.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve event goals by increasing energy and engagement.
- Execute the event playbook, including Gift With Purchase (GWP), Take Over Activation (TOA), and brand focus.
- Create a personalized and memorable experience for every client.
- Motivate and collaborate with the store team to drive sales.
- Represent and promote top national beauty brands.
