About The Position
We are seeking energetic and passionate beauty professionals to host in-store events at Macy's this November. This is a freelance, event-based role focused on engaging shoppers, driving sales, and creating a vibrant event atmosphere. Requirements
- Experience in beauty retail or skincare sales.
- A confident, outgoing, and sales-driven personality.
- Reliable transportation to the store.
- Availability for the event dates: November 15th and November 22nd.
- Ability to work 6-hour events.
Responsibilities
- Engage Macy's shoppers and assist them in finding suitable beauty products.
- Drive sales to meet event goals.
- Create an energetic and inviting atmosphere to make the event a destination.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally during the events.
Benefits
- Flat rate of $180-200 per event day.
