About The Position
Ready to take your first step into a rewarding healthcare career? Our State-Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program offers paid-free training, hands-on clinical experience, and a direct pathway to employment for top performers. This is a fast‑paced, 5‑week program designed to prepare you with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience needed to succeed in healthcare. Program Overview: Weeks 1–3 involve classroom learning and coursework with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Week 4 consists of clinical training with hands-on patient care, scheduled from 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM.
Requirements
- Attend one mandatory information session
- Submit a completed application at your interview
- Submit a valid State issued photo ID at your interview
- Submit a Social Security Card at your interview
- Submit proof of High school diploma or GED at your interview
- Pay a $40 cash deposit for books & supplies (returned in full upon graduation)
- Acquire and wear teal or navy blue scrubs daily
- Acquire and wear non-slip shoes (NO Crocs)
- Acquire and wear a wristwatch with a second hand
- Maintain a minimum cumulative grade of 85% to remain enrolled
- Absences or tardies are strongly discouraged and may result in removal from the course
- Selection based on facility needs, shift demand, entrance exam performance, prior work history, and overall professionalism
