This role actively contributes to the implementation and execution of the Credit Union's overall fraud strategy. It establishes effective processes, standards, reporting, and recommendations that balance mitigation efforts with acceptable service levels. Accountable for maintaining operational readiness and increasing coverage, speed, and effectiveness, while managing fraud risk and losses in accordance with enterprise financial plans.
