About The Position

The Franchise Success Coach and Learning Development Specialist supports franchise owners in improving business performance while developing training and knowledge resources for the Zerorez network. The role coaches an assigned portfolio of franchise owners on profitability, operational marketing, leadership, and growth, and serves as their primary coaching contact. As an active member of The Circle of Success Center of Excellence (CoE), the specialist helps administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and build and maintain the Global Knowledge Base. The position connects franchise support with organizational learning: recurring challenges identified through coaching inform new training, while effective training helps franchise owners and their teams execute consistently. The specialist delivers coaching, workshops, webinars, and learning materials; organizes role-based learning paths; and turns approved procedures, technical information, and proven field practices into clear, practical resources. The role also tracks learning outcomes and feedback, coordinates content review and platform support, and brings franchise feedback into CoE planning. The position is based in American Fork, Utah, with a hybrid/on-site work arrangement and periodic travel to franchise locations, training, and company events.
