As a Franchise Specialist, you’ll serve as the very first touchpoint for individuals exploring franchise ownership, and the quality of this first conversation sets the tone for their entire Sidekick experience. Your role is structured, consultative, and highly relational. You’ll guide leads through 10–15 minute introductory conversations that uncover their goals, motivations, financial readiness, and expectations while helping them feel confident, supported, and clear on next steps. This is not a closing role. It’s a professional guidance role rooted in active listening, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead someone through an important decision-making process with calm confidence. You’ll ensure clients are qualified for the Sidekick process, normalize financial conversations, handle early questions or objections with empathy, and ultimately schedule them for an Advisor Call — the next step in their journey.
