Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in franchise sales or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process in the area of focus and meet the assigned goal.
  • Make calls to prospects entering the system to sell a Del Toro Franchise.
  • Study the profile of candidates before scheduling "In-Person" interviews.
  • Manage databases to identify potential clients in their area of focus. Carry out cross-selling with clients who have already purchased policies by implementing email campaigns.
  • Monitor the execution of the sales process while maintaining control over timelines.
  • Research the market in the area of focus. Propose different actions based on market characteristics.
  • Update the Soffront System according to the progress or need for follow-up of each process.
  • Evaluate the brand impact within the area of focus.
