You will help define how bp grows its franchise business across America. This is a role at the center of franchise expansion -- where commercial strategy, offer design, and market entry decisions come together to shape what the next generation of bp's convenience and mobility network looks like. You will own the frameworks that determine where and how we grow, what the franchise offer looks like, and how we bring it to market in a way that is commercially sound, operationally scalable, and built to last. You will lead through influence, connecting cross-functional teams around shared outcomes and driving decisions from ambiguity into action. This is not a support role. You will be accountable for the strategic architecture that powers franchise growth.
