About The Position

At Comfort Keepers, we’re on a mission to elevate the human spirit — and that starts with empowering our franchise owners to build strong, successful home care businesses in their communities. We’re seeking a Franchise Growth Director to serve as a strategic growth partner across our franchise network, supporting new owners through launch and helping established offices scale sustainably. This is a high-impact, consultative leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching, performance improvement, and driving results in a multi-unit environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in business growth, operations, franchise support, or multi-unit environments
  • Proven success coaching business owners or senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Candidates must have easy access to a major airport.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Franchise Growth & Performance
  • Partner with franchise owners during launch, ramp-up, stabilization, and expansion phases
  • Accelerate key metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and billable hours
  • Deploy scalable growth playbooks and best practices across the network
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and operational optimization
  • Proactively intervene when performance targets are at risk
  • Coach, Enable & Support
  • Serve as a trusted business coach to franchise owners and leadership teams
  • Lead data-driven performance reviews and growth planning sessions
  • Reinforce accountability and execution excellence
  • Partner with Learning & Development to support impactful training programs
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Planning
  • Analyze network performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct SWOT analyses to inform customized growth strategies
  • Support short- and long-term planning aligned with financial and EBITDA goals
  • Provide insights to Franchise Operations leadership on system-wide initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Regional Directors, Marketing, HR, Finance, Compliance, and Franchise Support
  • Align growth strategies with brand standards and operational expectations
  • Support rollout of new tools, programs, and initiatives
  • Franchise Lifecycle Support
  • Guide franchisees through onboarding, recovery, and expansion
  • Identify early warning signs of operational challenges
  • Promote models that balance growth, quality care, and caregiver engagement
