About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Growth Director who will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within their defined region, in the independent endocrinology and urology market along with future growth markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 years of relevant, combined, experience in account management, business development, and P&L management.
  • Proven track record of success in field-based selling strategies, including cold calling, onsite visits, and hosting educational events
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools and sales analytics for tracking and optimizing performance.
  • Experienced in negotiating and relationship selling in an enterprise environment.
  • Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and able to compile spreadsheets comfortably.
  • Willingness to travel domestically across the US (up to 60%).

  • Experience in the HealthTech industry (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert unknown prospects into customers by building an active deal pipeline using field-based strategies. (Cold calling, onsite visits, virtual demos, lunch & learns, and conference attendance).
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to identify customer buying drivers and present the value proposition, highlighting both financial and patient benefits.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding and expertise for relevant legal & regulatory topics.
  • Ensure the prompt progression of the sales process to drive sales growth.
  • Interpret and present financial models and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
  • Identify and understand competitive actions and other potential deal disruptors.
  • Demonstrate competency of the clinical and technical discussions in the practice.
  • Lead each sales engagement through close, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Lead stakeholder management strategy and operations to build and sustain strong relationships with executive leaders and physicians
  • Develop and employ account-specific strategies to ensure growth and performance improvement.
  • Support issue resolution within assigned accounts by delivering deep expertise for Rx Redefined’s technology, product, and processes.
