The ideal candidate has real experience in eCommerce, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and analytics—and gets the outdoors lifestyle.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in digital marketing, growth, or eCommerce leadership.
  • Track record of owning and scaling a DTC website as a main revenue driver.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar ad budgets across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and influencer.
  • Proven success building lifecycle programs (email/SMS) that sell, educate, and nurture customers.
  • Experience leading teams and agencies with measurable results.
  • Website & eCommerce: Know how to grow through SEO, CRO, and great digital experiences.
  • Acquisition: Expert in multi-channel advertising—paid search, social, influencer, affiliate.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Strong with segmentation, automation, and personalization that balances selling, education, and nurturing to drive repeat purchases and LTV.
  • Analytics & Tech: Comfortable with growth analytics, attribution, and using MarTech stacks to make smart decisions.
  • Can build and lead high-performing teams, agencies, and contractors.
  • Good at setting strategies and turning them into clear action plans.
  • Financially sharp—can forecast, manage budgets, and tie spend to business goals.
  • Strong communicator who works well across functions.

  • Background in consumer brands, outdoor lifestyle, or enthusiast communities is a plus.
