About The Position

The Franchise Development Associate is responsible for discovering future franchisees for Tous les Jours. This role involves promoting business development opportunities, contacting potential clients, presenting the brand, finding and developing new markets, improving brand awareness, building client relationships, and reporting on development processes and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant work experience in Franchise Development, Operations or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting business development opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails
  • Presenting our brand to potential clients
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Reporting to the Franchise Development Team leader on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and results
