About The Position

Greer Administration Company, LLC, a company supporting Regional Development services within The Joint Chiropractic brand in Texas, is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) for the Houston & San Antonio/Austin Markets. This full-time, field-based role operates from a home office in Houston, TX. The FBC will partner with franchise owners and clinic leadership teams to improve operational excellence, develop leaders, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. The role involves coaching and business partnership, not direct staff management or day-to-day clinic operations. Success will be measured by the success of the franchisees supported. The position requires approximately 70-80% of time spent visiting clinics in the assigned territory and 20-30% working from a home office for planning, reporting, follow-up, and virtual meetings. Candidates must reside in the Houston metropolitan area and be willing to travel throughout the territory, including periodic overnight travel to Austin and San Antonio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit operations, franchise operations, healthcare operations, or business consulting experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and coach improvement
  • Exceptional leadership coaching and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
  • Must reside in the Houston metropolitan area

Responsibilities

  • Partner with franchise owners to improve clinic performance through data-driven coaching and operational excellence, focusing on improving key business metrics, increasing patient acquisition and retention, improving conversion rates, supporting membership growth, and helping franchisees execute strategic priorities.
  • Coach franchise owners, clinic managers, doctors, and wellness coordinators to become stronger leaders by helping them build accountability, improve communication, coach employee performance, navigate difficult conversations, and develop stronger clinic cultures.
  • Evaluate in-clinic operations with regular visits to identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and patient experience, helping clinics execute brand standards, improve workflows, solve operational challenges, implement best practices, and build sustainable systems.
  • Support franchisees during new clinic openings, grand openings, training initiatives, bi-annual business reviews, regional meetings, and leadership development programs.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with franchise owners through consistent communication, follow-through, and proactive support.
  • Help ensure every clinic delivers a consistent patient experience while maintaining operational excellence and brand standards.
