Booster Juice is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant (District Manager) to oversee and support our franchise partners in Simcoe and Bruce Counties. As part of our dynamic Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring franchisees succeed. Requirements

  • 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership environment or equivalent leadership role.
  • 5+ years in QSR, food & beverage, or retail operations.
  • 3+ years in business development, financial analysis, and training & development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle (frequent travel required).

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with franchise owners through impactful, solution-driven restaurant visits that drive sales, profitability, and exceptional service.
  • Uphold Booster Juice’s culture and values by coaching teams to operate efficiently and with the highest standards.
  • Guide franchise partners in building strong, customer-focused teams that deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
  • Identify opportunities for increased sales, enhance operational efficiencies, and establish action plans for success.
  • Address challenges head-on, remove obstacles, and implement strategic solutions that drive positive change.
  • Conduct Brand Promise Reports and uphold Booster Juice’s high-quality standards across all locations.
  • Lead new store openings and franchise transitions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Real Estate, and Store Development teams to support regional operations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-regulated environment across all locations in your region.
