About The Position
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) is a strategic performance coach and accountability partner for franchise owners. This role drives behavior change, execution, and results using KPIs, conversion metrics, and financial performance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years franchise, business coaching, or multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong KPI and financial coaching capability
- High emotional intelligence and influence skills
- Willingness to travel
Nice To Haves
- Fitness industry experience is a PLUS
- AC Inc. Certified Field Coach designation is a STRONG PLUS
Responsibilities
- Coach franchisees to hit profitability benchmarks
- Drive execution around KPIs, conversion, and community outreach
- Review and coach financial performance using monthly P&Ls
- Conduct field visits and build strong accountability relationships
