About The Position

The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) is a strategic performance coach and accountability partner for franchise owners. This role drives behavior change, execution, and results using KPIs, conversion metrics, and financial performance. At MaxStrength Fitness, we’re not your average gym - we’re the Anti-Gym. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years franchise, business coaching, or multi-unit leadership experience
  • Strong KPI and financial coaching capability
  • High emotional intelligence and influence skills
  • Willingness to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Fitness industry experience is a PLUS
  • AC Inc. Certified Field Coach designation is a STRONG PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Coach franchisees to hit profitability benchmarks
  • Drive execution around KPIs, conversion, and community outreach
  • Review and coach financial performance using monthly P&Ls
  • Conduct field visits and build strong accountability relationships
